WE CAN'T STOP THEM FROM COMING BUT WE CAN CHOOSE WHICH ONES TO SURF I spent the day wave watching today, not to keen to be in the water on these big swell days, but what a great opportunity be on dry land behind the camera lens and capturing our majestic ocean in all its glory. Strong, Powerful, Serene ocean blue, Life so abundant in you where my human eyes can not travel to, Wave after wave you never cease to amaze, Your power shakes sound waves, Cold to the touch and soft to the mind, Ever so unpredictable is that ocean blue of mine, Whales sing to your sweet rhythm and tune, It just makes me imagine how I can be more like you. It was such an honour and a joy to share Yoga with such a vibrant and energetic bunch. The wonderful thing about yoga is it is accessible to people of any age, ability or gender, so it was such a joy to me, to see Mums, Dads and their children as well as locals and tourists with their ages spanning from the twenties to the sixties participate in this auspicious day. For many it was their first experience of Yoga and for most their first time on a Stand up Paddle board. I was amazed how the Yoga helped everyone balance on the boards, hardly anyone spent anytime falling in the water despite the windy conditions. We were also blessed with a beautiful rainbow, those chakra colours shining down upon up us was such a gift and really made the day extra special.
