5/25/2015 0 Comments lost and now found I am feeling a little gutted at the moment, I managed to wipe all my previous blog posts, so at this point in time my words are floating somewhere in the universe, and I am guessing never to be seen again. But never mind we will start over again and what better way than with Project Joy in June. Beat the winter blues and check in to my blog and receive your daily dose of Joy. I will post a Joyful affirmation and a joyful thing to do everyday over the month of June. Hatha Yoga Flow classes will focus on bringing JOY in body, mind and spirit. Week one Joyful Hearts Week two Happy Hips Week three Smiling Spines Week Four Rejoicing with twists I have also created the Gallery of Joy where I will post photos of things that bring joy into my day and I would love you to share your photos as well. Email your favourite Joyful photos with a caption so we can have a album that will leave us feeling joyous, happy and uplifted.
